Part one: using this website

The content on nbksocial.com (articles, case studies, resources, research) is provided for general information. It reflects our experience and judgement, not advice tailored to your situation, and you act on it at your own risk. Figures in case studies are real, verified and, where clients are anonymised, deliberately non-identifying.

The site's content, design and brand are ours or licensed to us. You are welcome to link to and quote the site with attribution; do not republish substantial parts of it or pass it off as your own.

Part two: the NBK Expert Account Review

The service

The Account Review is a fixed-scope, one-off service: an expert assessment of one public social media profile on one supported platform, based on publicly visible information only, delivered as a written report and a private recorded walkthrough. What is included and excluded is set out on the product page, which forms part of these terms. It is an expert review, not a strategic audit, consultancy engagement or ongoing service.

Ordering and payment

The price is $1,500 USD, one-off, exclusive of any applicable taxes, payable in advance. Card payments are processed by Stripe on their secure checkout; your card details never touch this site. Acceptance of these terms is recorded at checkout. We check basic eligibility (the profile is public, supported and within scope) and may decline or refund any order that is not eligible.

Delivery

The review is delivered by email within seven working days of us holding both payment and a complete, usable intake for an eligible public account. The delivery period does not run while the intake is incomplete. Report and walkthrough links may be provided through third-party services (for example a private video link).

What we need from you

A public profile you own or are authorised to submit, accurate intake answers, and nothing more. We never ask for, and you must never send, passwords or account access.

Cancellation and refunds

If your account turns out to be ineligible, or you cancel before we begin work, you receive a full refund. Once the review has been delivered, the fee is not refundable: the value of a review cannot be returned once it has been read. Between those two points, refunds are at our reasonable discretion. Nothing in these terms removes rights you have under applicable consumer law.

Corrections

The purchase includes one completed review, without creative or strategic revisions. If you spot an objective factual error, tell us within seven days of delivery and we will correct it.

No guarantee

You are buying experienced analysis and a clear set of recommendations. We do not and cannot guarantee reach, engagement, follower growth, monetisation or revenue, which depend on execution and on platform behaviour outside anyone's control.

Your report

The report and walkthrough are for you and your team. You may use and implement everything in them. Please do not republish, resell or redistribute them. NBK retains ownership of its frameworks, methods and templates.

Platforms

NBK is independent and is not affiliated with or endorsed by Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Snapchat, X or any other platform.

Liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, our total liability in connection with an Account Review is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
