Which platforms can I submit?
Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Snapchat or X. One public profile on one platform per review. If yours lives elsewhere, ask: if we cannot assess it properly, we will not take the order.
Do you need my password or account access?
Never. The review uses publicly visible information only. NBK will never ask for your social media password, for this or anything else.
Can you review more than one profile?
No. Each review covers one public profile, even if the same person owns several. A portfolio or multi-channel question needs a separately scoped strategic audit.
Does it include my analytics?
No. Private analytics, revenue data and internal reporting sit outside this product. If those need assessing, that is a strategic audit conversation, and we are happy to have it.
Will you implement the recommendations?
No. The review is built for you or your team to act on. NBK's managed services exist separately if you later want operators running the account.
Can I book a call to discuss the findings?
Calls are not part of this product. The recorded walkthrough is where we talk you through the findings. If you want live consultancy, that is a larger engagement.
How do I pay?
Securely online by card at checkout. Payment is handled by Stripe; card details never touch this site. The price excludes any applicable taxes.
When does the seven-working-day clock start?
After payment and a complete, usable intake for an eligible public account. Both are quick, and the clock never runs while we are missing what we need.
What if my account is not suitable?
We check basic eligibility before work begins. If a profile turns out to be private, inaccessible or outside scope, we tell you before any work starts and refund in full.
Do you guarantee results?
No, and be wary of anyone who does. You are paying for experienced analysis and a clear set of decisions. Reach, engagement and platform behaviour stay outside anyone's control.
