Scaling a comedy creator's Facebook & Snapchat.
A comedy and react creator had the talent and a huge audience built on a viral peak. Since October 2025 we run the operating system around it: a daily short-form content engine across Facebook and Snapchat, packaged tightly enough to keep a giant page working after the wave.
The situation
A YouTube-native comedy and react creator came into late 2025 off the back of an enormous viral run, the kind of peak that builds a following in the millions and then, inevitably, recedes. What was missing was the system for what comes after: consistent formats, sharp packaging and a reliable publishing rhythm, so the page keeps earning at scale when the algorithm's favour moves on.
That is the hardest moment to take a page over, and the most important. Comedy is the hardest genre to systematise, because the instinct is the product; the operation has to serve it without sanding it down. The goal from October 2025 was to run Facebook as a serious channel in its own right rather than a side feed, and to make Snapchat a second earning channel alongside it.
What NBK did
We run the creator's Facebook page and Snapchat presence day to day: short-form comedy and react content, hook-led and tuned to what actually retains viewers, published to a dependable cadence, with titles, openings and cut points sharpened against performance data post by post.
In our first ten months the page did over 422 million Facebook views, a floor built on packaging discipline rather than viral luck, holding a following above 4.7 million. On Snapchat we pushed Spotlight past its monetisation threshold and kept it fed: 13.5 million views and over 31,000 new Snapchat followers in 2026 by mid-August, a second channel earning in its own right.
What we actually did.
- Facebook as a first-class channelA serious daily operation in its own right, not a syndication feed for YouTube.
- Hook-led formatsOpenings and formats built on what retains a comedy audience.
- Packaging at scaleTitles, thumbnails and cut points sharpened against performance data, post by post, because at this volume packaging is the multiplier.
- Monetised the second channelPushed Snapchat Spotlight past its monetisation bar and kept it growing.
Talent gets the first view; the system gets the next million. Comedy still needs an operating model underneath it.
Keep exploring.
Each engagement is a different brand and a different constraint, same operating discipline.
