LinkedIn’s Hiring Pro can now draft and post jobs from inside Claude.
Small businesses can now ask Claude to draft a job post that publishes free on LinkedIn through Hiring Pro, with Copilot support coming soon.
On 21 October 2026, LinkedIn announced that hirers can now reach Hiring Pro, its hiring solution for small businesses, through Claude, with Copilot support coming soon.
A hirer tells the assistant what type of job they are looking to fill and it drafts the job post. Once the hirer edits and approves the draft, it publishes on LinkedIn for free.
From there, LinkedIn says Hiring Pro does the rest: it surfaces hidden talent, shortlists candidates and connects the hirer with the right people. The feature is live in Claude now.
Who can use it and where
LinkedIn says access is open to anyone using Claude, through Anthropic’s agent for small businesses or its connector library. It is available in Claude Duet, which LinkedIn describes as Anthropic’s new proactive agent app for small businesses in the US on Pro and Max subscriptions, and the LinkedIn plugin is available to all Claude users through the connector library.
Copilot is not live yet. LinkedIn says support is coming soon and has not given a date.
What it does not cover
The partnership covers Hiring Pro jobs only. LinkedIn says it does not include Recruiter, Job Slots, Hiring Assistant or LCP.
What it means for brands
For a small business where the person who runs the LinkedIn page also posts the jobs, a job ad can now start as a request typed into Claude, and it still only goes live on LinkedIn after someone edits and approves it. That approval step is where the brand’s voice gets checked. This week, if your team already uses Claude, draft one open role through the LinkedIn connector and edit it against your company page before approving, so the post reads like the rest of what you publish.
