Meta One puts business tools and extra AI usage behind a subscription from $14.99 a month.
Meta has launched Meta One, a subscription across Instagram, Facebook, WhatsApp and Meta AI, with creator and business plans from $14.99 a month.
Meta has launched Meta One, a subscription service across Instagram, Facebook, WhatsApp and Meta AI, announced on 15 September 2026 and available globally from today.
It bundles the Instagram Plus, Facebook Plus and WhatsApp Plus plans Meta launched earlier this year with higher usage of its AI tools, and adds a separate set of plans for creators and businesses. Meta says more than 50 features are live at launch and that the plans have 15 million subscriptions and trials to date. For anyone running an Instagram or Facebook account for a business, it is the biggest change this week.
The individual plans are Instagram Plus and Facebook Plus at $3.99 a month, WhatsApp Plus at $2.99, and two bundles: Core at $7.99 and Premium at $19.99, which add more Meta AI image and video generation and more use of in-app tools such as Restyle on Instagram. The creator and business plans are Essential from $14.99 a month, Advanced from $49.99, Expert from $149 and Max from $499. Meta says plans, benefits, pricing and availability vary by region, app and account, and that the only way to see what your account is offered is to start the subscription process.
What the business plans include
Essential covers tools to manage your presence, more access to Meta Business Agent on WhatsApp to answer customers around the clock, a verified badge, a verified channel on the WhatsApp Business app and impersonation protection, all subject to passing verification.
Advanced adds the publishing features a social team would notice: scheduling Stories up to 30 days ahead, links in organic posts and Reels, exportable analytics, deeper audience insights, team access to the account without sharing a password, more linked devices and business broadcast credits on WhatsApp, and a larger Business Agent allowance. Expert and Max carry the highest feature access and Business Agent capacity for teams working at scale.
Across the creator and business plans Meta also lists an enhanced profile that shows your website, locations and what people say about you, a bold follow button on your Reels, and follow invitations sent automatically to people who engage with your content. Edits Plus is coming to Meta One later, with more cloud storage to sync projects across devices and extra usage of an upcoming Edits assistant that reads Instagram insights and suggests ideas.
What is unchanged
Meta says the core experience across its apps and Meta AI stays free, and Meta AI stays free for everyday use. The post does not say whether any of the business features were previously available at no cost, and it gives no per-region feature list.
What it means for brands
The tools a social team touches every day, scheduling, links in organic posts, exports and shared access, now have a price attached to them on Meta’s own apps, set per account and per region. Whether that price beats the scheduling and reporting tools you already pay for is a question you can answer with one comparison. This week, open the subscription flow on your brand’s Instagram or Facebook account, note which plan and which features it is actually offered in your region, and put the Advanced tier’s price next to what you spend on third-party scheduling and analytics for the same account.
