Running a prank creator's Facebook & Snapchat.
A prank and challenge creator had the ideas, the energy and the occasional huge spike. Since October 2025 we run the content operation around them: formats built from what already worked, so the page performs every month instead of waiting for the next viral hit.
The situation
A YouTube-native prank and challenge creator had proven they could land a viral moment, and the ledger shows exactly what that looks like without a system underneath it: 7.8 million Facebook views across the whole first half of 2025, then two huge one-off spikes that summer, and a following that was shrinking between them. Prank content has a particular problem: every video is a one-off stunt, so nothing about one hit tells you how to make the next one, unless someone turns the hits into formats.
The goal, from October 2025, was to keep the spontaneity that makes the content work while adding the structure that runs a page day to day, so a following of two and a half million had a reason to come back on the days between the big ones.
What NBK did
We run the creator's Facebook page and Snapchat presence: repeatable hooks and formats built on what already worked, packaged for reach and published to a consistent rhythm. When a video lands, the job is to find the format inside it, the setup, the reveal shape, the pacing, and run that format until the data says it is spent.
The before and after is the point. A page that did 7.8 million views in six months before the system has done 116 million in our first ten, averaging around 11 million a month, every month, rather than waiting for lightning. The following flipped with it: shrinking through the summer of 2025, up a net 85,000 since October. On Snapchat we drove Spotlight past its monetisation threshold, and the channel has added 5.9 million views in 2026 by mid-August.
What we actually did.
- Formats from the hitsBroke each viral video down to its repeatable shape, then ran the shape, not the one-off.
- Consistent between spikesA dependable daily rhythm so the page performs on ordinary weeks, not just viral ones.
- Reach-first packagingOpenings and cut points built on the retention the platforms reward.
- A second monetised channelTook Spotlight past its monetisation bar so the operation earns on two platforms.
A viral video is a spike; a system is a page. The hook gets attention; structure keeps it.
Keep exploring.
Each engagement is a different brand and a different constraint, same operating discipline.
