Snapchat · Audit & strategy Auditing a global creator's Snapchat operation.
Supercar Blondie runs a major Snapchat Shows operation. We were brought in to audit it end to end, across retention, packaging, format and monetisation, and to build the roadmap that came out of it.
The situation
Supercar Blondie is one of the biggest automotive and lifestyle brands in the world, with a substantial Snapchat Shows operation. Snapchat is its own game, with its own rules on retention, packaging and monetisation, and none of them carry over from other platforms.
We were engaged to evaluate the operation properly: retention, packaging, format and monetisation across the Shows, benchmarked against the category.
What NBK did
We ran a full audit of the Snapchat Shows and public profile: retention curves episode by episode, tile and title performance, editing flow and pacing, and monetisation structure, all benchmarked against comparable Shows in the same genre.
We delivered a prioritised optimisation and monetisation roadmap covering retention, packaging and A/B testing, format changes and scheduling cadence, with every recommendation tied to a measurable performance lever.
What we actually did.
- Mapped the retention curvesAnalysed early-frame retention and watch-time patterns episode by episode.
- Audited the packagingAssessed tiles, titles and formats against what Snapchat actually rewards.
- Benchmarked the categoryCompared tile design, episode length and cadence against leading Shows in the genre.
- Built the roadmapA prioritised plan across retention, packaging, format and scheduling cadence.
You can't optimise what you haven't diagnosed. The audit is where the commercial upside gets found.
Keep exploring.
Each engagement is a different brand and a different constraint, same operating discipline.
